Professional Scrum Master is an advanced interactive 2 day course from Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber and Scrum.org organization. After the training the participants take the PSM certification exam to become certified Scrum Masters. Important facts about PSM:

Biography

Konstantin Razumovsky is a licensed Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer and Agile practitioner that combines training/consulting activity with everyday practical work in a software development company. Having started his career in 1998 as a Java Developer, Konstantin has changed a number of positions including Team Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Line Manager and even Chief Operating Officer.

Being initially an expert in traditional approaches based on PMBOK, CMMI, and ISO 9001, Konstantin was inspired by the Agile movement and became the first licensed Scrum trainer in Belarus. Konstantin holds Scrum certificates from the creators of Scrum: in 2011 he became a Certified Scrum Master at Jeff Sutherland’s training and in 2012 finished the Professional Scrum Master course by Ken Schwaber.
